ParticipantHi,
My client username: franpro purchased the cMap and I built the site on a test server and I activated the license key on that server (thought needed to for it to work) now it says License activation limit has been reached. I have also deactivated it on the test server.
Is there a way I can fix this?
Thank you,

Deactivating it on the test site and then activating it on the productions site should be all that’s required. You might have to deactivate and reactivate on the production site just to confirm you’re not seeing a cached message.
When I look at the site activation log for cMap, it does not appear to be registered to any site at the moment so you so be able to activate it on your production site without issue.
Can you try again and let me know if the issue persists?

ParticipantJust tried it and still not working. I’m pretty much done on the test server. It’s all installed on the actual server now, just finishing setting everything up. Here’s where it needs to be registered:

I registered cMap to the site … I see that several other extensions were registered it successfully. Where they not registered to the staging site? Just curious. Since the license status messages are cached for 24 hours, it still may show the other message until tomorrow.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantGreat! Thanks so much.
Yes, all off the others were registered on the test server and no prob removing lic from the test server and then adding them to the live site! So who knows what I did wrong. Maybe didn’t give cMap enough time, because when I saw that happen I went away and came back a few min later!
Thanks again!
