    YouTube is not embedded either in notes. What am I doing wrong? I have high hopes for this plug-in but right now I am a little frustrated.

    The cause of the issue is likely the theme and not any bugs with the plugin or template.

    The issue is that, likely the theme, is loading a version of jQuery which is not bundled with WordPress. This is not necessarily bad, but they way in which it was done will break other plugins.

    To try to fix the issue, please go to the Connections : Settings admin page. Under the Advanced tab you’ll find a jQuery option. Enable this option and save.

    In most all cases, this resolves the issue.

    That did the trick. But why does the listing look like it does instead of in the live example from http://clermontia.org/business-directory/

    I just noticed when taking a second look…

    The template layout is also slightly incorrect, again, likely due to the theme. Please see the solution in the yellow tinted box in this FAQ.

    The template from the live example is of an older version, there is going to be some stylistic differences. Also, the template does try to use many of theme’s styles, so that will also account for some difference. This is to allow better integration with the theme.

    Seems to look better now. I can probably put some custom css into the theme to correct some of it. I am really glad I found your site. I have been looking for something like this for a while.
