    I don’t know how to describe this very well, but the templates are not displaying as shown in the demo pages/descriptions. I don’t get the grey boxes/background etc.  Instead, everything is jumbled. I believe this might be an issue with my custom theme, but I’m not sure.

    I have spent a lot of money on these two templates, and neither one works. The original templates provided with the plugin work, but they don’t have a search function. Is there someone that I can speak with in order to get these to work, or if not how can I get a refund?

    Have you tried the solutions provided in this FAQ:  Why does the template layout look wrong? Nearly 100% of the time the theme is the cause when there is a display issue and the [raw] shortcode which is usually provided by the theme resolves the issue. It’ll help if you can share a link to your directory.
