With the last major upgrade for Connections when I go to edit a listing and click the Visual tab the information disappears in both Internet Explorer 11 and FireFox 29.0.1

I’ve identified the issue with the visual editor and I will push out an update this weekend to fix.
As for the other items, I visited the site in Chrome 34, Firefox 29.0.1 and IE 11. Everything seems fine for me. Try visiting you site in a private browsing window. If the issue resolves, force refresh your browser caches.

The only time way I can get the image to disappear like in your screenshot is if I configure the browser to emulate IE7 using the developer tools. Did you perhaps enable this emulation? If you did, that is supposed to be testing purposes only. To turn it off, hit the F12 key, click the Emulation tab (the icon w/ the monitor/tablet) and change the Document Mode to Edge.
The Visual editor tab will get fixed when I release the bug fix. I didn’t get a chance to release it this weekend … I will release it as soon as I can.

GuestThe disappearing image was due to IE running in Compatibility View. I removed the whiterockzone.com site in the list for sites to view in compatibility view.
If anyone else has these problems, this is worth a try.
The Visual editor tab is still an issue in both IE and Firefox. Your next update may fix it.

Ahhh, yes compatibility view … I thought that was removed in IE11, I’ll have to keep that in mind.
As for the visual editor, version 0.8.10 should fix that. Let me know if it does not.

Have ou forces refreshed your browser, maybe that is the issue? Or maybe it is because you’re on WP 3.8.3. WP had a major overhaul of the visual editor code in WP 3.9. Id do have in place to handle both versions and it should be working for you. Can I have a temp admin account so I can take a closer look?
