Changing to Last Name first not working

    I went to Customize/Connections Template/Advanced to change the name format to last name first but all the options were grayed out and I was not able to change any. Am I doing this right?

    @ Dan

    Since the temp admin login you supplied earlier still allowed access, I took a look. The option are not greyed out … just click in the text box which is blank by default. The grey highlighted text is the default being applied you can use that in the text input to change as desired.
