GuestIs there a simple way to change the title of a listing? Basically, how can I change what the filterMetaTitle function is doing on a listing?

GuestDisregard the disregard message. To clarify the question, how do I remove the >> category from the page title under Page Display?

Go to the Connections : Settings admin page and disable the Page Title option under the SEO tab.
That will remove it. Hope that helps!

GuestSorry, never got this reply. That does the exact opposite of what I want. It removes the actual listing name, and only lists the category then.
I’m using this for a faculty directory, and if I uncheck that box, instead of just having the listing title, it gives the higher “category” of Faculty. I’d like it to only show the listing name in the title.
Any way to achieve this?

Is the category title the page title set in the post editor and not the actual category name within Connections? That’s what is sounds like to me. Turning off the option I mentioned, disables Connections ability to add to the page title. Presently with the option on, the page title will always be shown after the the part of the title that Connections adds.
If you’re not receiving the replies, make sure to check the “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” checkbox when you reply. Also, make sure email from connections-pro.com is white listed in your email client so it does not get blocked.
I hope that helps.!
