When an unregistered user happens upon the members only page they are greeted with “No Results.” I would like to change that to “You must register to see this member directory” or something like that.

Also when a new user completes registration it says “please wait Processing” or something like that, I would like it to say “Your information is being reviewed, you please check back in a few days, thank you for signing up” (because held for moderation is not really “processing” unless the admin of the site could be notified there is is new directory listing.

I tried using SAY WHAT to change these text features – didn’t work. Do you have another suggestion?

You can use Say What … just make sure the original string and domain are correct. They are very precise and if not correct, it will not work.

Original string: No results.
Domain: connections
New string: You must register to see this member directory.

Original string: Please wait, your submission is being processed.
Domain: connections_form
New string: Your information is being reviewed, you please check back in a few days, thank you for signing up.

Form actually already shows this message if a submission is being held for moderation: We will review and approve your submission soon. … unless you’re using Form 1.x (and the instructions I gave for Say What wouldn’t apply), Form 2.x has improved feedback messaging.
