ParticipantI have changed a couple of website links and email addresses and the front end does not reflect the changes – still shows the old information. I looked in the database itself and the changes are there. Other changes I make are showing correctly, just not links and only when I make a change – not when adding new ones. Although for the entry that I’ve attached I removed the email address and URL link and added a new one and it still shows the old one. All caches cleared, on my machine and through my hosting.

GuestI did as you asked and sent you a login link. Have you had a chance to take a look? I need to get this changed so if you can’t fix it I will just create a new entry for that club, but it would be better if you were able to identify and fix the problem.

Ok, I took a look… this is not an issue with Connections. Please edit the page and click the Module Settings for the District II Clubs. Instead of the shortcodes for Connections, like the other two, The HTML was actually copy/pasted. Basically this someone “hardcode” the Connections HTML. So, no changes made to those entries would ever be reflected.
To correct this you need to use the Connections shortcode like the other two columns. I did not make the change since I was not 100% sure of what should be use. My best guess would be this:
[connections category=12 show_alphaindex='FALSE' width=300][connections category=3 show_alphaindex='FALSE' width=300]Hope this helps!
