Hi Steve, very sorry about the volume of questions this week. I was going to add onto another thread with the same topic but didn’t seem to be able to (apologies if that would have been preferable).
I will not be the person overseeing the day-to-day directory administration, so I’m trying to make the backend as user-friendly for the inexperienced as possible.
While the Say What? plugin is fantastic and has worked easily up until this point, I am not seeing the relation labels change on the Add Entry page. For example… I have inputted Aunt as the Original String, connections as the Text Domain, and CEO as the replacement string.
Do you know what I might be doing wrong? It is so importable for me to get those labels changed as folks inputting company names into the family field will be wondering why they are seeing Aunt, Brother, etc, in the backend if they click that relation box.

The family entry options and the family relation options drop downs are cached as HTML fragments to greatly improve performance… Add all the Say What? you want and then add an entry of any type with any info, just a name will do. After you add the entry the cache is invalidated and the options will be rebuilt on next page load showing the Say What? changes.
