You’ll have to upgrade to the latest version, cMap 3.0.1. please take note of the special upgrade instructions.04/05/2013 at 7:00 pm #256170
I deleted the old version of cMap and then uploaded the new one 3.0.1, after installing it doesn’t show up in the templates to select from window, although it does say uploaded successful which is odd!
By the way, I’m running on a multisite …..any ideas what to do?

Sorry my error, I just noticed this morning after reading the instructions again that you have to upload through the regular WordPress plugin page and not the Connections upload.
All works now!

Good to hear!
Elevating the templates to full plugins will allow me to do even more with them such as allowing in admin updates just like the free plugins and give them their own settings page so options can be point and click instead of shortcode options, making them much more user friendly. These types of enhancements will come in future updates, so keep an eye out for them.04/08/2013 at 6:32 am #256289RayGuest
Sounds good, looking forward to the next update!
With the new version 3.0 of Cmap, do you have a list of what’s new?04/08/2013 at 9:24 am #256308
What’s new is a little difficult to quantify because it was virtually a complete rewrite. But here’s a couple things…
It’ll show all the link instead of just a single website address.
Removed some custom CSS to allow the theme to control more for better integration.
Removed the use of a table for layout which allows it to be better “responsive”. It was tested in Twenty Twelve at various screen sizes.
It now has a secondary view. When you click thru to a single entry, all details are shown, but styling is left to the theme for the best integration.
I think those are all the highlights.
