    I am using the latest Enhanced categories with cMap – everything is the current version. When i select a category from the dropdown list i do get that category in the results. If i click on “View All Categories”, then select a category from there, it also works. However, after doing so, subsequent selection of a category from the dropdown list does not give results for that category (category remains unchanged).

    Can you please provide a link to your directory so I can take a look? Also, can you provide the specific steps (links clicked) so that I can easily reproduce the issue? Thans!

    Done. You can test it now at https://wfca.ca/directory/

    Click on View All Categories. Select a category. Now try to select something from the dropdown categories. The category does not change.

    I will have to remove the View All Categories before the end of the weekend, as the client will be reviewing this page.

    Ok, I see what you mean… you need to use either the category drop down from the template OR the category lists from the Enhanced categories extension. One uses query strings (the for dropdowns) and the other uses the category permalinks. What the address bar after you make the change in the drop down, the permalink will take precedence when querying which category to display which is why it does not appear to change.
