ParticipantHi
Since performing an upgrade to Connections today, my category list is no longer able to be used. Users should be able to select multiple categories.
Buttons to add address etc. are also not working
I have also changed from Story Theme to Avada theme today – hopefully this has nothing to do with it…
Any advice would be appreciated. https://southeastarts.org.au/south-east-arts-directory/submit/
Thanks

It seems the javascript required by Form is not being loaded. I’ve run into this before and gave those users a bit of PHP code to force it. That solution was more or less a hack. I think I’ve come up with another method which I hope resolves this rare issue.
If you can supply me with a temp admin login, I can apply the change to make sure it correct the issue for you. The login details can be posted here as a private reply.

I logged in and it seems the plugin editor will not allow me to make changes. Could you send a FTP login too please?

So, it seems another plugin or possible the theme was un-registering a core WordPress script, jQuery Form, which is required by Connections. I added a check in Connections to see if jQuery Form is registered or not and if it is not, registers it again. This seems to have corrected the issue.
