ParticipantI’ve enabled this and technically it works. However, I thought it would choose entries that fell into ALL those categories. Instead, it chooses the entries that fall into ANY of the categories.
Also, once I select the categories, if I go in and take out any of the selections, it doesn’t refresh the page. If I manually refresh it, it adds the category I deleted back in.
These issues are a big deal for what I’m trying to do. I’m trying to allow visitors to narrow down the selections to the ones that fit their needs the best. Without this ability, it drastically reduces
efficiency of it.Is there anything at all that I can do?
Thanks for your help :-)

ParticipantI should say I’m talking about subcategories.

Nuggets!
I think I just baked the same bug in to most of the templates. I’m certain I have a fix, could I get a temp admin account to apply it manually real quick to make doubly sure?

Ok, fixed. Not sure I like it, but it’ll definitely work. I’ll have to sleep on this change to determine if there is a better method or not.

ParticipantThank you! I’ll keep your admin open in case you want to mess around with it a little bit more.
Now, it still doesn’t refresh correctly when you remove a category. It actually doesn’t automatically refresh (which I don’t even know if can be done with this) but when you manually refresh it, it goes back to the original search terms.
Also, is there a way to remove “No Results” under the category selector and the search bar on the right?

Sorry, but there is no auto refresh, you have to click submit. If you make different selections and then submit, it does search using the new selections and not the previous ones.
You can hide the no results message using CSS:
.cn-list-no-results { display: none; }

ParticipantI know you put a fix for this in the latest update but I think all that code is still in there. I was trying to do something with it and they said all those extra code in there might be affecting it. Did the update “take out” the code or add to it? I really don’t want anything extra there if I can help it.
Your admin is still open if you want to look at it.
Thanks!

When you updated, the changes I made were completely removed. The update, however, does contain the fix. Does that answer your question?
