Our users are split up a few different ways, but there are three main levels of hierarchy we would like to be able to filter by. Is it possible to categorize people like:
Group 1 –> Contains Group 1A and Group 1B
Group 2 –> Contains Group 2A and Group 2B
I would like to be able to select any of the parent or child groups to filter the shown list of people.
Not sure I understand completely … categories are hierarchical so you can have as many root parent categories as you with with as many descendant categories as you wish. To be able to allow a front end user filter by category, you will need one of the premium templates which supports that feature.
