GuestHello,
Thanks for this great plugin. I recently discovered a problem uploading the logo image. Even thought I haven’t change anything I get a message that my page says: The selected image exceeds the maximu upload size. Try a different image.
it only happens with the logo image ans my php setting are max image size 1024M and time execution: 1000
The image I’m trying to uplaod matches the default setting I chose (300X400) of the plugin and is only 300ko. I even tried to change the size to the suggested size of 300X225, but it didn’t work either.
I really don’t get where I could fix anything…?
Thanks for the help.
The directory can be found at: http://ppdq.ca/membres/profils-des-membres/
Yo will see some profils with a logo image (it use to work before)

That is the same browser I am using and I can not duplicate this. The error would only be shown if the browser can not determine the file size. Do you have any extensions installed that could affect this? Try it in a private browsing window (most extension are not enabled in private windows).
Also, go to the Connections : Tools admin page, scroll down to the Remote Viewing section. Generate a secret URL and share it with me. Before you submit the post, please click set as private reply box.

What is the exact error message, word for word, you are receiving. The one you had in the initial post was closest to the browser error message. I want to make sure I am looking for the right solutions.

Ok, that is the error message I thought you talking about. What is very, very odd… You see where it says “Maximum upload file size: .“. The max upload size should be displayed here and it is not. This value comes from a standard WordPress function. Put another way, Connections asks WordPress what the max file upload size is. For some reason WordPress is saying nothing. It should be saying 1024M. Something tells me another plugin or maybe the theme is incorrectly hooking into the
upload_size_limit
WordPress filter causing it to return an invalid size. That would explain why it use to work and now it does not.Are you actually able to upload new image to WordPress… on the Media : Add New admin page? Since Connections only uses the core WordPress functions for uploading, I have a feeling you can not.

GuestYahoo!
With what you told me I’ve been able to identify the problem… sorry for having you searching. :/
It was actually the upload limit of media (that set at 1000M indeed) that was reached… I’ve put an higher value and everything is now working find.
Thanks again!
