I am receiving this error:
“The connections-images folder does not exist.”
I’ve renamed the folder.
I’ve made a new folder.
I’ve changed the file permissions. Currently the folder is 755
Can you please help?
Website is http://covingtonwachamber.com
I’ll provide you with the log in details if you need. Thanks.
In which folder are you creating the
connections-images folder? It should be in
../wp-content/uploads/. This folder should be auto created by Connections when the plugin is activated? Did this not happen?
Thank you Steve,
I was able to fix the problem.
The folder wasn’t being recognized, I’ve corrected the error and now it’s working.
Great to hear!
