ParticipantHello. Just installed form extension. Following instruction i added submit for to the directory page(s) such as this one: http://birthingfromwithin.com.158-69-37-116.vanilla.websavers.ca/directory/bfw-colorado/
Attached is a screenshot of my connections settings.
The submit your entry link automatically was set to go to: http://birthingfromwithin.com.158-69-37-116.vanilla.websavers.ca/directory/submit/
When i go there it shows the same exact content as http://birthingfromwithin.com.158-69-37-116.vanilla.websavers.ca/directory/ – which is a custom template i designed, and the submit page is not visible in my dashboard. The form is nowhere in sight. I tried creating an actual page with the address http://birthingfromwithin.com.158-69-37-116.vanilla.websavers.ca/directory/submit/ but it’s still showing the directory content.
Note: I don’t want the submit your entry link there at all really, i want to be able to privately give the link to members to create their profiles.
Also once I add the form can i add any special instructions to it for the users?

Keymaster@ Erika
You have the following page set as the home page:
http://birthingfromwithin.com.158-69-37-116.vanilla.websavers.ca/directory/
The directory home page will need to be set to a page which has the
[connections]shortcode on it.The Form settings on the Connections : Settings admin page has options which you can use to place content before and after the form.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantI have over 60 sub pages showing the connections directory for each category. I do not want the main directory showing on that page. Is there a way i can put the [connections] shortcode there and then do a display: none;?

ParticipantOk i have created a pretend main page for the main directory and that is working now. Two questions:
- Is there a way I can rename fields – for example change “Organization” to “Business Name”
- I only want to show individual as an option – not organization. I only have organization selected on form settings, but it continues to show both. http://birthingfromwithin.com.158-69-37-116.vanilla.websavers.ca/mentors/submit/
