ParticipantHi, I received a warning stating that this plugin needed to updated and received the following message when I tried to make the update:
An error occurred while updating Connections cMap – Template: Update package not available.
Please advise.

I have been performing site maintenance this morning… doing updates too. It is possible you tried to update when the site was down momentarily. Please try again. If you still receive an error message make sure you have entered your support license key for cMap on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Licenses tab.
Hope that helps, let me know.

ParticipantHi Steven,
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, especially on a Saturday morning.
I checked and found that the license key was missing so I made sure that I entered that information and received notification that it was valid.
I then tried to update the plugin again and unfortunately, I received the same error message.02/20/2016 at 10:57 am #366107Steven Zahm

Hmmm… I just tested the upgrading on my test server and it worked so Unfortunately I can not replicate the error. I’ll need a temp admin login so I can take a closer look.

Well, that was pretty uneventful which I guess is a good thing. I logged in and clicked the update link on cMap and it updated without any errors. I updated from the PLugins admin page… is that the page where you were getting the error or were you getting it on the Updates page?

ParticipantFirst of all, thank you for updating the plugin.
I was receiving the error from the Plugins admin page. -
