Hey there… I’m a paying customer (pro-pack) but even when logged in, I cannot access the paying-members forums.
We’re having the same problem at the moment, have purchased the pro add-on pack and cMap template but cannot access the relevant forums areas to post an issue we’re currently having with the CSV import.
