ParticipantHi Steven —
I use Cmap on a site (goldcanyon.net), (but always test on the ‘sandbox/dev’ for the same site) – found in recent upgrade that the fonts for the entries are now showing as black instead of the color for the text from the theme (which the Cmap fonts had prior picked up) (upgrade versions — Connections 8.5.22 and Cmap 5.2.1)Can you suggest the Custom CSS I can use to target the font color on the Cmap entries to edit it from the black it now shows to make it a different color —
Here is link to the ‘sandbox/dev’ site – http://goldcnew.purplecat.com/gold-canyon-arizona-business-directory/ where you can see what I am referring to –
Thanks

No custom CSS needed. You can make this change via the Template Customizer (new to cMap >= 5) for cMap. Here’s how:
- First, you may want to remove the custom CSS you have already applied. I suggest commenting it out rather than deleting it.
- Navigate to the Connections : Templates admin page.
- Click the Customize button for the cMap template.
- The page will reload with the Customizer on the left and a preview on the right.
- Click the back arrow in the upper left of the Customizer.
- Click the Style panel.
- Change the style and color options to suit.
- Click the Save and Publish button.
- Exit the Customizer.
I hope that helps!
ps. could be a good time to play with the other options in the Customizer to see all that is available.
pss. if you have any of the cMap shortcode options set, those will override the options set by the Customizer.
