Please open a new support topic in the WordPress support forums for Connections.
After installing your plugin on new setup, the following message appears:
“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
Have used your plug-in before without any problems. Am I missing something easy during the setup? The only thing that I think of that is different is that our IT person is running wordpress on MS IIS on a Windows10 machine.
Do you see all the rest of the admin pages?
Nope…same message on all pages.
Ok, try the solution outlined in this FAQ. It’s geared towards s2member but it sounds like the same issue.
