Can I use font awesome icons for field labels instead of the words? I’d rather have a phone and an email icon displayed than the words.

You could, but that would require making a couple custom template override files and custom CCS. So if you have some basic PHP and CSS skills it should not be too difficult.

After playing with this, you can use some custom CSS. Add the following to the theme’s custom CSS area:

span.address-name {
    display: none !important;
}
span.adr.cn-address:before {
    font-family: FontAwesome;
    content: "\f041";
}

It’ll remove the address name label and add the map pin FontAwesome icon. You should be able to use similar CSS for the phone and email icons.
