ParticipantHello,
I have recently downloaded the Connections Business Hours extension. Really happy with how it looks. One issue I have is regardless of what time it is it always comes up saying ‘Sorry, we are currently closed.’ even during open hours. The site is currently set to the correct timezone. Not sure what else I can do to rectify the problem.
Here’s a link to the test page: https://skipthedealer.magnaprototype.com/directory-home
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

The directory requires a login so I can not see.
Are you using a caching plugin?
Can you attach a screenshot showing the open hours while editing an entry?

ParticipantHi Steven,
Sorry about that. I changed it so all users can view the directory. Link should work now.
I am not currently using a caching plugin.
Here is a screenshot:

I should have asked for a screenshot showing the current time on the WordPress General settings admin page. Can you attach one?

Your timezone is the problem… your are definitely not in the UTC+0 timezone. The timezone for Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada is Central Standard Time which is UTC-6. You should really set the timezone to a city that is within the CST timezone vs using the actual UTC offset.
Hope that helps!
