ParticipantI’m not able to add the licenses for bundled items. It gives me an error saying I can’t use the license for bundled items. I’m trying to enter the license for the Random Order plugin.

Random Order plugin??? There is not a plugin for Connections with that name.
- Are you certain you are trying to activate something for Connections? What is the exact name of the item you are trying to activate?
- The error message, what is it, exactly?
If you are trying to activate a support license key for a Connections addon, the error message, it sounds like it could be this one; “Bundle license keys can not be activated. Use item license key instead.” But honestly that is just guessing without any details.
If that is the error message, you need to use the individual item license key when activating, not the bundle license key. Here’s a FAQ that explains how to find your support license keys. And here’s a FAQ that explains how to activate your support license keys.

I cannot find this license key ANYWHERE in my account. I know others have had this issue and you have gone into their accounts and manually added the licenses.

Yes, unfortunately this happens. The issue is I add items to the bundle you purchased as I create new items for the bundle. The system doesn’t handle this well, yet. What happens is the license key is not generated automatically until the next renewal payment. But I can do it manually and do when asked. Without the support license key you are still able to download and use the item. It will function without the key being activated. The downside, a big one, in my opinion, is that you will not receive the in admin updates automatically so you have to apply them manually.
