Hi. I bought the Pro Pack a while back and recently updated via purchase. Connections is showing several plugins not updating. Went to update via the “update now” link inside plugins area thinking that might work, but it didn’t. The only thing that did update from the start is Connections Cmap template. Connections Form and Link did not.
Please let me know what I need to do on my end if anything. Thanks! – Brian04/17/2017 at 9:52 am #420204Steven ZahmKeymaster
What is/are the message or error messages you are seeing? I suspect you are seeing the “License has not been activated.” message. Click the link right beside it. That will take you to the Connections : Settings admin page Licenses tab. You’ve activated your license key for cMap, which is why it updates, you need to add and activate the license keys for the other items. After you do, them you will be able to update them.
Hope that helps, let me know.04/17/2017 at 6:42 pm #420236This reply has been marked as private.04/17/2017 at 9:08 pm #420244Steven ZahmKeymaster
re: It looks as though the prevailing message is “License entered is not for this item.” I’m wondering if it has something to do with not all pieces of the propack being active, but that would not explain those that are.
My instructions from my previous reply will fix this right up…
Navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page, click the Licenses tab and activate your support license keys. After you do that, you will be able to update.
Hope that helps!04/17/2017 at 9:31 pm #420245
I’m sorry Steven. I should have just done what you said earlier, but i was with my son and I was being a little lazy too. I will get done what you instructed me to between today and tomorrow and report back if there is still a problem. Than you so much for your patience and your fast reply. Have a great night! – Brian
