    Let’s say I am on a page titled “Documents and Info”. Along the side I have widgets displaying birthdays and anniversaries.

    If I click on one of the birthdays, say John Doe, it doesn’t take me to John Doe’s contact, it simply refreshes the current page except now it is titled “John Doe >> Documents and Info”.

    Does the URL have index.php before the page slugs?

    Nope. That was the cause of an earlier issue that I corrected by doing what you suggested.

    The URL looks like this: http://domain/employees/contacts/name/john-doe/

    Or in the case above it looks like this:
    http://domain/hr/documents-and-info/name/john-doe/

    What’s the /hr/ portion of the URL?

    What version of the Widget Pack do you have installed?

    HR is the top level link with several sub-links underneath…including Documents and Info.

    I’ve got Connections Widget 1.0

    That seemed to do the trick. It didn’t notify me of an update so I didn’t pay any attention to it.
