I got a notice saying my license key was expiring. So I paid it. Then about two weeks later, I got another notice saying my license key was expiring. I guess I didn’t pay enough attention since it was the SAME license key that I just paid for. So I’ve paid twice. Which is no big deal. I’m just wondering why I got the second email after I’d already paid.
Hmmm… I have no idea why an email went out after you renewed. Do you still have both so I can research and track down why? If you do can send them back to me?
I’ve been looking into this… both emails you forward back to me are for the same license key but they are different reminders. You’ll get four of these:

From what I can tell you never received any emails after you did the first renewal on 6/16 (the second renewal was on 6/27).
Did you perhaps still have both of these in your inbox? Or is there a third email you received after 6/16 that you did not forward back to me for investigation?
