    I purchased the Tile Plus template a while back. I’m trying to locate my “site license” so that I can configure the Plugin for automatic updates. I logged onto my account and looked at my Purchase History, but when I click on the View Licenses tab, I receive a message that states “There are no license keys for this product.” What does this mean? I have purchased the Plugin and the Tile Plus template.

    Your purchase occurred prior to support license keys. I can create the keys for you, but they require to be renewed annually. If you do not renew, you would lose access to updates. Since this is a “legacy” purchase, you can freely access the update, but must do it manually.

    If you want me to generate the key for you so you can have the auto updates, let me know … but the better deal is not to have the support license keys.
