    Hi there,

    we’ve tried to import our CSV database file according to the instructions, also editing the header using your header titles, but none of the contacts show up, although the import process went successfully. The file contains also the empty fields (for ex. some contacts don’t have 2 but just one email/phone number).

    On the other hand, the map shows only one field before the import, please see attached file.

    What did we miss?

    Make sure you set the Fields delimited by: option to the Semicolon option after you choose the file to import.

    ProTip: Before doing a large bulk import, do so with a CSV file which only has a few entries in order to verify the import yields the expected results before importing the remaining.
