ParticipantI have several connections extensions: Connections, Connections Business Directory Toolbar, Connections cMap – Template, Connections Custom Entry Order,. The plugin connections Cmap, CSV import and custom entry order tells me “an unknown error occurred”.The last plugin update is “code snippets”, I disable it but it does not change anything. The arrival of this error occurs the same day of the update of my license, but it is perhaps only a coincidence?
Thank you for finding a solutionAttachments:

That would indicate either at the that specific time, my site was down momentarily (perhaps for maintenance) or your web host is blocking outbound requests to my site causing the license check to fail.
Now that is has been a little over a half day… are you still receiving the error?

Ok, that seems to indicate connections to my site is being blocked. I investigate further, I’ll need a temp WP admin login. The login details can be posted here as a private reply.

To learn this I’ll need an FTP login so I can make an slight change to the response message will be displayed on the screen. after see the response, I’ll be able to track down the cause and fix it. The FTP login can be posted here as a private reply.
