After page 2 in my site, ampersands are showing up in the URL causing the “potentially dangerous path error”
IIS version 8
Server 2008 R2
Latest WP ver
I solved this by changing permalinks to something not requiring the question mark
Unless I misunderstand the issue, the ampersand is a valid character when using multiple query vars if the URL.
I would really need to see a link showing the issue to make sure the URL is being properly URL encoded.
