GuestHi all. For the past week and a half I’ve been getting a server error message whenever I’ve gone into the Connections plugin from my WordPress site and tried to enter in data and save the information. Everything works smoothly until I click “update” in WordPress, and then I get a frowny-face message from my browser (in this case the most recent version of Chrome, though I replicated the error in Safari). The message says:
“The website encountered an error while retrieving (here it lists our url with some additional coding ‘connections_process+true&process=manage&action=add)”
It then says:
“It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly” and asks me to reload (which I’ve done many times).Has anyone else encountered similar errors? Do we need to reinstall the plugin? Or is something else at foot?
Thank you!

Nope, never run across this before. Which version of Connections do you have installed? I’m thinking it is not the most recent judging from the URL. That “+” in the URL is very odd, Connections never created a query string like that when adding/editing an entry. So something must rewriting it and maybe that is causing the error.
Any way, the latest version of Connections no longer uses that URL; actually it uses internal actions. maybe updating would resolve the issue.
