We have split the directory into two categories. Associates Members and Members. If we do a list all members the URL looks like members/cat/members/. We are using the Character Index to help navigate the list. However when someone click on a letter.. it takes them to the entire directory and not just the associates members. It shows associates members and members. Is there a way around this?
Hard for me to tell by looking at the directory but it looks like the members page might not be setup to exclude the associate members category.
For example, Allegheny County DHS, appear to be an associate member, but appears on the members page even without filtering by character.
Try excluding the corresponding categories on each page:
Hope this helps!
