ParticipantHi steve,
I’m having an issue with the entries displaying. It will say “96 of 96 entries displayed” but will actually only be showing 10 or 11 or sometimes as few as 1 or 2. I have all the fields showing all. Some entries only display if I do a manual search for them. I downloaded the connections images file view FTP and it is only a little over 11 megs total so I don’t think it’s an image size issue. How can I fix this?

I suspect the image size is an issue. One or more entries likely have images which are too large which is running the server out of resources when it tries to create a thumbnail. The actual file size can be quite deceiving as an image when opened for process can easily take more than 4 times its file size in memory.
Of course I’m still speculating at the moment because I would need more info? Can I get a temp admin login so I can take a closer look? That’ll make resolving this for you much quicker.

I took a look at the Connections : Manage admin page. I see all 105 entries (50 per page). So, it seems fine. It was this page you were having an issue with, correct?

ParticipantI was trying to view by “letter” and it would say something like 10 of 10 displayed, but only a couple would show. I tried in 2 different browsers.

ParticipantThat one is working now, but I’m still seeing the issue on the other site I have- Nevadacountybar.com
I gave you the same credentials as the other site.

Ok, I have never seen this before. It seems 32 of the entries have an invalid date of
-0001
which is causing PHP to fail loading the page. I manage to move all the affected entries to the moderation queue so the regular directory entries will list correctly.I then added a hotfix to catch this exception (PHP error) so the moderate queue page would work correctly too. I left the entries with those invalid dates in the moderation queue so you could fix them and then approve them so they are listed in the directory again.
Hope that helps!
