GuestSteven, I have redirected a site of ours that uses the connections plugin. After I did that I noticed I was getting no results in the images unless I was logged in. I have since reverted back to the old address and it is doing the same thing now. If I am logged in as admin I see the profiles but if I log out I get no results. Can you please take a look at this. I have added a link to the page of that site in the website box as well where I am getting no results.

Not sure why changing a redirection would cause an issue because the file location on db table info remains consistent, correct? On the Connections : Dashboard System widget you find a “Constants” section. Can you past that here? Does the current blog id match those that are shown in the constants?

Another question, can you double check your settings on the Connections : Settings admin page under the General tab? Also, are the entries set as Public or Private?

GuestThey are set to public. I am not entirely sure if it had something to do with the redirection or was a problem prior. I just noticed after when I was logged out of wp on that site it was not working and when I was logged in it was. It could of been that way the whole time but the department that had been adding the profiles did not mention anything. The other sites seem okay whether I am logged in or not which makes me think it happened after the redirection as well. It seems that the images are pulling from the correct blog directory and from what is listed but when I log out it is like it is looking at a different table in the database or something and can’t find anything. I am going to try to revert to and older version and see what happens. I have pasted the constants below.

GuestHmm, Same issue in 7.3.1. Maybe it is some permissions issue with the template I am using.

GuestSame issue with other site templates.

GuestScratch this bug off. It looks like someone in the department had checkmarked require registered users to login before viewing the directory.

GuestIt does seems like the display message was not working though. You may want to look into that. It should of said instead of “no results found”, “please login to view the directory” I believe.

If one or both of the shortcode overrides at the bottom of the General settings was checked, that would cause the message not to be displayed. Were one of those checked?

GuestYes, The very bottom one. I appreciate your quick response times on the forum. Thanks for helping with the issues.
