I used CSV import to successfully import 800+ entries. However, after the import, I CAN manually add new connections and they show up in the ADMIN, but they do not show up on the front end of the website. Even if I try to search it won’t show up. I’ve checked to make sure it was visible, etc. I’ll be happy to send you the raw database rows for an entry that was imported vs an entry that was manually input, if that will help.
What is the exact shortcode you are using? Can you share a link to your directory and an entry slug for an entry which is not displaying?
Sorry for the delayed response, I just saw this reply. I’ve got it fixed, you pointed me in the right direction. I was filtering out a category in the shortcode. And the entries that weren’t showing up were in a SUB-category of the category I was excluding. Once I removed the parent category from the exclude shortcode, all the missing entries showed up.
You can mark this resolved!
Great to hear you have this figured out!
If you have a moment, I would truly appreciate a review as they really do make a difference. Many thanks in advance!
