Sorry, this would not be possible… as you know parts of the address can be turned into permalinks so you can filter the results based on the link clicked. Wrapping the entire address as a link to a Google Map would be invalid HTML because you can not have links within a link. I have considered creating an extension that would add a link after the address that would do this but I’m not certain there would be much demand for it…

ParticipantI know this is old, but couldn’t you create a link by using the long/lat info and just link directly to google?

A link to a Google Map could be added before or after the address using address or lat/lng or both. The address itself can not be the link because parts of the address can be links already for the reasons I’ve outlined in my previous reply.

There is no hook, but you can create your own address template. Here’s some basic instructions here:
