    Hi-
    I’ve chosen “Public” visibility for the address information that I’ve added to members, but it’s not showing up in the member’s profile view when seeing it on the website. Am I missing some other setting? I’d like the address information to view in addition to their name, business name, cell, fax, email, social media links, and website. Her address was programmed into her settings but it’s not showing up. Thanks for the help!

    By default Tile Plus does not show the address because of the space it takes up. You can enable the address but you will likely need to make the tile larger. To show the addresses you need to add show_addresses=TRUE to the shortcode so the shortcode would be like this:

    [connections show_addresses=TRUE]

    fyi, if you change the tile size, you add the size options to the same shortcode, do not add a second instance of the shortcode.
