    I mapped the csv and imported the file, but all the addresses and info get labeled as either Home or Work or Other. Can I have them just have regular labels like “Address”, “Phone”, or “Fax”?

    Sorry, but I’m a little confused … could you please clarify a little? The subject says the address is being set wrong ( not sure what you mean), but the message only asks about changing the labels …

    To answer the question about changing the labels, please see this QuickTip. After you import, you can change the what is displayed for the labels to whatever you wish.

    Thanks for the response, unfortunately thats not what I meant. We launched a site a few weeks back that also used the Cmap template, however I did not set that directory up, it was already used on their site. I took an annotated screenshot of it though to show you what I am referring to. IM not talking about the text in the admin, I am talking about the text displayed in the actual directory. In the directory admin, all the entries are set as Organizations and the drop down menu for phone and address give you “Home, Work, School, or Other” choices, and whatever you select is how its labeled on the front end. Please see this screenshot and let me know how I can do this…thanks!

    Ok, I see. The QuickTip I gave a link to is exactly what you want to do. Or, alternatively, you can use the str_***** shortcode options for cMap. The entire list of options can be found on this page.

    Perfect, thank you! I had to use the parameters without the enclosing ” because they would show up on front end.
