Add my Directory Entry or Submit New Entry Link does not work

    I have today purchased your Full Bundle of templates and extensions as I very impressed by the ease of setting up directories.
    However I have run into a spot of trouble and I need your help! I have scoured through your forum but I could not find the answer.
    I have installed the Form and Link as per your instructions.
    I do not have a condition where only registered users can Add a Directory Entry. Therefore on the Directory page if I click on the Submit New Entry or Add my directory Entry the Form is not displayed. I have also disabled the option ‘Add My Directory Entry’ but it does not work still.
    Please can you explain what i should do to make this work?

    I visited your site. What I can tell you is that another plugin or maybe even the theme is redirecting “Add My Directory Entry” the link with a 302 response code.

    Do you have any plugins that you have setup page redirects in?

    Does the theme have any options where you can setup page redirects?

    Do you know if you added any redirect rules in the .htaccess file?

    Thank you for your suggestions and I have checked every single possibility you have outlined above. I have even tried installing the simplest of WP theme 2013 and checked the .htaccess file plugins but to no avail
    It does not seem to work. The only way I can get access to the Entry Form is by way of page shortcode as seen on my website,

    Therefore I am at a loss unless you can throw some light on this issue.

    Right now, impossible to suggest anything further… I’ll need a temp admin account so I can look. The login details can be sent using the contact link at the bottom of the page. PLease paste a link to this forum thread in the message so I can relate the two.
