hi !
I purchased Circle because this is the best fitting theme for my directory, yet.
I just didn’t see that the Company Name don’t show up on the directory page, for each Individual.
Is it possible to add a shortcode, so that I can display the Company name ?

The only way to add this will be to edit the PHP files of the template. to do this you will need to edit the card.php file found here:
../wp-content/plugins/connections-circled/

Add this to line 35:

<?php $entry->getOrgUnitBlock(); ?>

If you decide to edit the file, please refer to the custom template override files tutorial on where to save this updated file so it is update safe.

It’ll already use the CSS from both the theme and the template. It can be styled any way you wish. If you share a link with me to the page with the template on it and more specifically what “beautifully” means to you in this case I can take a look and possibly give you some custom CSS you could add to the theme’s custom CSS area.

Add the following to the theme’s custom CSS area:

#cn-circled span.organization-name {
    color: #b3b3b1;
    font-style: italic;
}
