It is very difficult to tell which plugin or even the theme that is including jQuery 1.9.1. You’ll have to deactivate plugins one at a time until you find the plugin causing the error. You can see all the errors that are being caused by this by visiting your site using the Chrome browser, hitting the F12 key on your keyboard and then clicking the Console tab.
