Hi!
I’ve just migrate my web, and now my licenses are not active. (Tomorrow I present the new web!!!!)
“License is not active on this site.”

(infoactivat.com/prats -> pratsdellucanes.cat)

How can I do to activate them?
I have Enhanced Categories and Tile Plus.

And another question… how can I do to change logo proportions? I need non vertical layout for images in:
https://pratsdellucanes.cat/economia/directori-empreses/

See this FAQ, the License Activated on Another Site section. After you follow those step, you will be able to activate the licenses on your new site.

I can not see the page you linked to as it seems to behind a coming soon landing page. I am assuming you are using Tile Plus based on your purchases. Tipew Plus uses a fixed image crop which is center weighted that is ideal for portraits of individuals. This does not work well for logos as they can be of any ratio.

YOu can play with the tile size and the image size options. You can also see how to change the image crop mode using a code snippet which I walk another user thru recently.

The other question… I’m a little bit confused.
I change Image options (set to “resize proportionally to fit entire image…..”) and nothing happens.
I edit a connection to delete the image and reupload to see if now it works, but now !

I use Tile Plus template.
And now, site is in maintenance mode (tomorrow will be published). If you want I can create an admin user for you :)
