Honestly, very hard to say. I see you had entered entries into Connections before … so, maybe a conflict with another plugin that you added since installing and adding those entries. Another thought is if you added more plugins after Connections or even updates to plugins you had installed previously could be causing you to run out of memory allocated for PHP.
I would first try increasing the memory available to PHP and then start by deactivating any plugin you installed or updated since installing and adding entries to Connections.
Please let me know how you make out!

ParticipantI’ve attempted to uninstall/reinstall, disable all other plugins, and nothing is working. i have the same exact running on our existing site http://www.ofsinteriors.com. but for some reason has an issue with www2.ofsinteriors.com, is there a way to completely erase the plugin. i notice when i uninstall it still remember the SQL information. maybe that may be the problem? i can give you access to the site if you are willing to help me. Please let me know.

Is there a difference between the mySQL and PHP version running on the two?

ParticipantBoth versions of the site are hosted on the same server, only thing that is different is the theme and some plugins. i have no issue rebuilding the current entrys, i’m guessing a COMPLETE deletion of Connections would resolve my problem, how to 100% remove connections

Deactivate the plugin, then login to phpMyAdmin or similar tool and drop all the tables that before with wp_connections and finally just reactivate the plugin. If you’ve made any edits to the plugin files, make sure to install a fresh version of Connections.
NOTE: the “wp_” might be something else depending on your setup. Let me know how it goes.
