ParticipantI am working on building out a new site and connections seems to be throwing a 500 error when putting the [connections] shortcode in the page.
I looked through the forum and have updated the memory limit, it is running PHP 5.6.30. Just not having luck with getting the page to load anything but a 500 error.
Even have debugging turned on but it doesn’t even get that far apparently.

What did you bump the memory too? Are you able to confirm that the change is actually being honored. You can check the the Connections : Tools System Info for memory info.
How many entries are you attempting to display at once?
What version of Connections? The latest version?
Could you try:

RE: There are 230 entries
Are you displaying all at once or paginated? cMap defaults to 20 per page. If you send me an admin and FTP login, I’ll take a look. Details can be posted here as a private reply.

You had corrupt image… or at least a few images you site did not like for some reason. Perhaps your web host changes something. It only seemed to be a few; Mark A., Jeff A. and Deborah A.
all I did was download their images via FTP and did a save as, overwriting the downloaded image and uploaded and then they were fine.
I found these three by editing their entry in the admin, their entry would not load so it could be edited.
I initially narrowed the cause to the images by suppressing their display. It just happen to be the first thing I happened to try.
So, you might want to take a few minutes and check the remaining entries. Just because the first page of 10 loads unfortunately does not mean the remaining pages will.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantLooks like it worked. We will certainly work on fixing the rest of them.
