404 file not found after update to 8.1

After upgrade to 8.1 all user images generate this error:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://chungmoo.dk/cn-image?src=http://chungmoo.dk/wp-content/uploads/connections-images/frederik-madsen/Frederik_Sejr_Madsen_original.jpg&cn-entry-slug=frederik-madsen&w=160&h=108&zc=2

Images are not visible in the Administration module or in the webpage. They are, however visible, if you pick the url for the image like this:
http://chungmoo.dk/wp-content/uploads/connections-images/frederik-madsen/Frederik_Sejr_Madsen_original.jpg

Removing the images and reuploading them does not work. I have tweaked the access on the cache folder and files therein. Disabeling and reenabeling the plugin does not help.

What else can I try?

I see the issue … you’re using the Default permalink structure the core WP function that I’m using does not take that into account like I thought it would.

The correct path for your setup would be this:
http://chungmoo.dk/?cn-image&src=http://chungmoo.dk/wp-content/uploads/connections-images/frederik-madsen/Frederik_Sejr_Madsen_original.jpg&cn-entry-slug=frederik-madsen&w=160&h=108&zc=2

A subtitle, but important difference.

I’ll fix this bug and release a bug fix this weekend/monday … I’m still triaging/fixing some other bugs that made their way through testing.
