Go to the Connections : Settings admin page, click the Advanced tab. Make sure the Character Base is set to
char
and then click the Save Changes button. That should fix it.

ParticipantThat still did not fix a 2nd page even being available.
Staff Page The shortcode I am using is…
[connections show_alphaindex='TRUE']I can’t press the letter “S: to go to my 7 staff members that start with “S” either. I get
Fatal error: Call to a member function getImgEntryX() on a non-object in /home/xxx/xxx/xxx/connections_templates/tile-plus/template.php on line 18

The error is occurring because you have a pretty old version of Tile Plus. You need to update the template to fix the error, the update is free for you and can be downloaded from your purchase history.
The process for template installation has changed quite awhile ago, please carefully follow the template update installation instructions.

ParticipantThat fixed the 2nd page issue but caused another one.
Notice that
Koehling
Has a link called “Website”
and
Lawson
has a “URL” to follow.I have double checked each user under manage and they are identical. What else could be wrong?

Awhile back when multiple link support for Connections was added, Tile Plus was updated to support this new feature. Old versions of Tile Plus simply forced the the use of the “Visit Website” title. Tile Plus will now use the
Title
set in the in the link. The update process on existing entries was to fill this field in Connections was to set theTitle
toVisit Website
. Any new entries added after that update would use theURL
forTitle
if no title was added when entering the entry. So, long explanation short, on the the entries where the URL is shown, enter a value for the
Title
field in the entry.Hope that helps.

ParticipantThere is a
Visit Website
in the title and it always has been there. It just doesn’t show “Visit Website”.05/15/2014 at 11:04 am #291325Steven Zahm

Can I have a temp admin account so I can look into the issue?

I see the entry display data cache was out of sync with the entry database data. Simply clicking update while editing the entry resolved the issue.
