Go to the Connections : Settings admin page, click the Advanced tab. Make sure the Character Base is set to
charand then click the Save Changes button.
That should fix it.05/15/2014 at 8:32 am #291313
That still did not fix a 2nd page even being available.
Staff Page The shortcode I am using is…
I can’t press the letter “S: to go to my 7 staff members that start with “S” either. I get
Fatal error: Call to a member function getImgEntryX() on a non-object in /home/xxx/xxx/xxx/connections_templates/tile-plus/template.php on line 1805/15/2014 at 9:29 am #291317
The error is occurring because you have a pretty old version of Tile Plus. You need to update the template to fix the error, the update is free for you and can be downloaded from your purchase history.
The process for template installation has changed quite awhile ago, please carefully follow the template update installation instructions.05/15/2014 at 9:46 am #291320
That fixed the 2nd page issue but caused another one.
Has a link called “Website”
has a “URL” to follow.
I have double checked each user under manage and they are identical. What else could be wrong?05/15/2014 at 10:22 am #291322
Awhile back when multiple link support for Connections was added, Tile Plus was updated to support this new feature. Old versions of Tile Plus simply forced the the use of the “Visit Website” title. Tile Plus will now use the
Titleset in the in the link. The update process on existing entries was to fill this field in Connections was to set the
Visit Website. Any new entries added after that update would use the
Titleif no title was added when entering the entry.
So, long explanation short, on the the entries where the URL is shown, enter a value for the
Titlefield in the entry.
Hope that helps.05/15/2014 at 10:49 am #291324
There is a
in the title and it always has been there. It just doesn’t show “Visit Website”.05/15/2014 at 11:04 am #291325
Can I have a temp admin account so I can look into the issue?05/15/2014 at 11:50 am #291331
I see the entry display data cache was out of sync with the entry database data. Simply clicking update while editing the entry resolved the issue.
