2 Form questions: (a) Moderation approval and (b) Using Link as well

Hi, Steven! Two questions that I’m sure are common sense, but I just want to make sure I understand how the Form extension works (I plan to use it with an Excerpt Plus installation in the near future – nothing created yet):

1. Once Form is installed, it will display on a page inside the new WP site we’re creating (that will run Excerpt Plus for the directory) – and, when we’re ready for our association members to sign up for the directory, we’ll give them the URL to that page where Form is running … as any given member fills out and submits his/her form, that form goes into a moderated area where we will approve each form, and once we approve it, that member’s entry will appear automatically in the Excerpt Plus directory?
2. If we install Link as well, then is this the process: (a) A member goes to the page where the Form fields are, fills in the fields, and submits the form for moderated approval, (b) the member’s entry appears in the directory after we approve the form, and then (c) in the future, the member can log in as a WP site user and, via Link, go in and edit/update his/her directory entry directly?

Again, I’m sure these questions have common-sense answers – but, it’s best to ask first before we plow ahead with the new site! Thanks, Steven!!
