ParticipantHi,
I am using Connections (Version 8.5.2) with c-map (Version 5.0) in the link http://www.sante.org.il/services-de-sante-en-francais/. For many thnks I get an 0404 page:
http://www.sante.org.il/services-de-sante-en-francais/view/all/
Individual members. e.g.,:
http://www.sante.org.il/services-de-sante-en-francais/name/yohan-amsellem/
Letters, e.g.,:
http://www.sante.org.il/services-de-sante-en-francais/char/I/and more.
I think this problem began after on of the recent upgrades of the connections plugin.
I tried to clean all the chaches, and even deactivate the use of cache (T3) and other things. And still this problem remains.
Any hints?
Thanks,
Hagai

Sounds like a plugin conflict. I see you have Wordfence Security installed… it might be possible that there is a settings enabled that is breaking Connections. Try deactivating it temporarily. Does that fix it? If it does not, I suggest deactivate all plugins except the Connections related ones. Does that fix it? If it does, activate the plugins one at a time until the issue comes back. The last plugin activated when the issue comes back is the plugin causing the conflict. Let me know which and I’ll look into it closer.
Also, of note, another user has reported that this plugin was significantly slowing down their site. Might be relevant.
Hope this helps, let me know.

ParticipantMany thanks! In fact, it was Shareaholic that made the conflict. I deactivated it and reactivated it and it solved the problem (without changing any other setting).
So hopefully this is solved! Again, thanks for the tip!

Ahhh… I bet Shareaholic made changes to the WP permalinks without properly flushing them. The deactivate/reactivate seems to flush and rebuilt the permalink settings cache.
