    Hello. I just bought the siteshot template (order id f3c89e34475c332bbc5f483e880ff1d8), but i can’t find it under my templates.

    I have no prior bought other templates.

    SiteShot is not a template, it enhances templates with the ability to show screenshot thumbnail of websites. You install it like any other plugin. Here’s the doc page on how to sue it with the templates.

    ahh. I thought that the siteshot was the cMap template!! :(

    I am not going to use the siteshot… so I was wondering: do you give coupon code for the siteshot amount, in case I buy the cMap template? :)

    If you’re not going to use SiteShot, in this case I can refund the purchase and revoke the support license key for it. If you’d like me to do that so you can purchase cMap, let me know.

    since I have this post:

    the Tile Plus template: do i have the possibility to:
    – have an adress on the front of the template? (i guess so http://www.alberta-midwives.com/aam/find-a-midwife/)
    – see the bio/notes of that person, like cMap, or in a new window?

    Ok, I issued the refund. It can take 5 to 10 business days to credit back to your account.

    Yes, you can turn on the addresses on the front of the template and yes the bio and notes would show when viewing a single entry, however, whatever other details that are hidden/shown will match the the result view so in some respect it can be a little more limiting than cMap.
